Day 1 in ITC Gardenia, Bangalore. My batchmates and I were onboarded for The VET by EHL's Professional Diploma in Culinary through CII Institute of Hospitality in Hotel ITC Gardenia. The staff of ITC Hotels and CIIIH outlined to us about the course, the policies, rules and expectations. The Hotel's HoD's, and L&D Managers addressed all of us which was extremely exciting.
